How to Create Custom Reports?

Apart from the standard reports, the system allows you to create custom reports by specifying the dimensions and the measures (calculated values) that you can add to your report. You can filter these reports according to specific dimensions.

Perform the following steps to create a custom report.

  1. Access the Reports interface.
  2. On the Report page, click Custom/Build Custom Reports. The Report Builder page appears.
  3. From the list of Dimensions/Measures available on the left, drag and drop the appropriate dimensions and measures to the right. Alternatively, you can use the following ways to add the dimension
    • Click the + button
    • Double-click the dimension name. If the dimension can be added as a row and column, it will display an option to select the Row or Column. However, if the dimension is just for Row, it will be directly added to the Rows section.
    • Double click the measure name.

Note: You can add a maximum of 7 dimensions while creating the report.

  1. From the add filters section, add the required filter.
  2. Click View Reports.
  3. You can save this report by clicking Save in the top right corner.
